Pershama Dailey, President of Paven Management Services has over 25 years of corporate and nonprofit support experience. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to training and development, organizational development, change management, group facilitation, personal and professional development. Pershama is an organizational development practitioner and consultant. She works with individuals and organizations to enhance their leadership, training and development and organizational goals.
She has particular experience assisting both nonprofit boards and front line and middle managers with leadership development and executive coaching, retreat facilitation, building cultural competency, team building, assessments, visioning and strategic planning, as well as designing and delivering customized training programs.
Pershama holds a certificate in coaching in Personal Development from Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute (CaPP). She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word. Pershama is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
